Founding
Bridging the gap between user needs and system solutions requires experience in both worlds. That’s the path that led Luc Engelen to launch Engelen Information Solutions in 2018, after serving the chemical and (bio)pharmaceutical industry for 25 years.
Experience
Luc began his career in supply chain management but soon discovered his passion for IT. In warehouse and business systems manager roles at Johnson & Johnson, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Sanofi in Europe and North America, he took on increasing IT responsibilities.
Before Business Central, he gained experience as user, system owner, and implementation project manager of other CRM and ERP platforms, including IBS, QAD, and SAP. This background gives him a broad perspective and practical insight into making systems work.

For each project, Engelen Information Solutions assembles the right team by combining in-house specialists — including holders of Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant and Six Sigma certifications — with our trusted network of consultants. The team composition is always matched to the project’s size, complexity, and required skills.
